01 What is a digital stamp card?
It is the paper “buy 9, get 1 free” card, on the customer’s phone. They scan your QR on each visit to collect a stamp, and the reward unlocks when the card is full. Nothing to print, carry or lose.
02 Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR with the normal phone camera and it opens in the browser. They sign in once with one tap using their Google account.
03 How do I stop people from collecting fake stamps?
Every card belongs to a signed-in customer, each card allows only one stamp per cooldown period (you choose the hours), and you can rotate your QR any time so old photos of it stop working.
04 How does a customer claim the reward?
When the card is full, they tap “Claim” and get a 6-digit code. Your staff enters that code on the dashboard. It works once and expires in 10 minutes.
05 How much does a loyalty program cost?
Plans start at ₹999 a year for one location, with unlimited customers and QR scans. There are no per-scan or SMS charges, and every plan starts with a free trial.
06 Does it work with my billing software or POS?
It doesn’t need to. It runs on its own from a printed QR code, so there is no integration, no hardware and no change to how you bill.
